Roma have reportedly made an offer for Alejandro Garnacho who Chelsea are seeking to offload this summer.

Chelsea head coach Xabi Alonso has placed Garnacho on the transfer list in one of his first moves as Blues boss after stepping into the role on July 1st.
The Argentina star has struggled since arriving at Stamford Bridge from Old Trafford last summer for £40M, scoring 8 goals and bagging 4 assists in 43 appearances for the West London club.
As Alonso seeks to offload the winger, Italian journalist [a href="https://www.gianlucadimarzio.com/calciomercato/offerta-roma-garnacho-prestito-diritto-riscatto-fissato-494777"]Gianluca Di Marzio[/a] has claimed that Roma have sent Chelsea an offer of £4.27M fee for a 2026-27 loan, including a £29.86M option to buy.
This means Chelsea will be set to lose around £7M on Garnacho if the deal is agreed which, combined with his high wages, is yet another transfer failure for the club who have failed to spend their money wisely.
Italian rivals Napoli, Juventus and AC Milan are all credited with tracking the winger but it looks like Roma are the first to pounce this summer in a deal they are very deal on as they get a cut-price for the former Manchester United star.
Garnacho has spent just 12 months at Chelsea but the club have clearly seen enough and he is not in the plans for new manager Alonso who has already signed Geovany Quenda as a new option on the wing.
