According to official La Liga news, the schedule for the first three rounds of the new season has been announced. As Real Madrid still have players participating in the World Cup, their first-round match against Real Sociedad will be postponed to 3:00 AM Beijing time (CEST) on August 27th, at the Bernabéu Stadium.

Therefore, Real Madrid will make their debut in the second round, playing away against Espanyol at 3:30 AM Beijing time (CEST) on August 23rd, at the RCDE Stadium. In the third round, Real Madrid will host Malaga at 11:00 PM Beijing time (CEST) on August 30th.

Round 1: Real Madrid vs. Real Sociedad, 3:00 AM Beijing time (CEST) on August 27th

Round 2: Espanyol vs. Real Madrid, 3:30 AM Beijing time (CEST) on August 23rd
