According to Sport, Barcelona hopes to finalize Ronnie Bardghji's departure before July 28, with the club planning to transfer him.

Bardghji himself has been informed that it will be difficult for him to get playing time in the new season after the arrivals of Anthony Gordon and Adeyemi. Several Portuguese teams have been monitoring his situation, and Sporting CP has recently joined the competition. Barcelona and Sporting CP have maintained smooth cooperation since Deco became sports director, and the Primeira Liga team will also invest in wingers this summer, with transfer funds mainly coming from Kounde's move to Chelsea and Trincão's transfer to Al-Ahli, two deals totaling close to 100 million euros.

Porto had previously inquired about Bardghji, but at that time it seemed more like a loan. Sporting CP, on the other hand, might purchase a portion of the player's ownership, similar to how they handled Trincão.

For Bardghji, Barcelona's priority is to complete the transfer and try to retain some future control, so selling partial ownership or including a buy-back clause aligns with the club's vision. Barcelona only spent 3 million euros to sign him initially, and if this deal is completed, it will bring substantial net income to the club and improve this season's financial and salary cap space.
