Christie's New York will auction a collection of FIFA World Cup memorabilia this month, including the sheer outfit Shakira wore in an official music video, according to the New York Post.

The online auction, titled "One Goal," will launch next week and feature 20 lots, encompassing sports and music memorabilia related to players, teams, and matches. Proceeds will support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Foundation.

Julian Pradels, President of Christie's Americas, told the New York Post, "No story has more global impact than the FIFA World Cup, and no auction house is better at telling stories than Christie's. This groundbreaking auction will help sports fans enter the passionate world of auctions and allow long-time collectors to experience the allure of the FIFA World Cup."

The auction will begin after the FIFA World Cup final on Sunday, July 20th, Beijing time (CEST), so that some items used in the final match can be included in the lots.

The most anticipated item is likely the official match ball used in the final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 19th; the two finalists have not yet been determined.

Additionally, the performance outfits of the headlining stars of the first FIFA World Cup halftime show will also be auctioned, with a lineup including Justin Bieber, Madonna, Shakira, and others. The sexy, cut-out Colombian jersey Shakira wore in the official 2026 FIFA World Cup song "Dai Dai" music video is also included.

Other lots include multiple match balls, one of which is the opening match ball from the U.S. men's national team's historic 4-1 victory over Paraguay at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on June 12th. The highest bidder will also receive jerseys signed by Messi, Santiago Giménez, and U.S. men's national team players.

Many lots have a starting bid of $100, and participants worldwide can bid. Christie's stated that the proceeds from the auction will support FIFA's plan to raise $100 million to expand quality education and sports opportunities for children in vulnerable communities and to fund grassroots organizations globally. The auction will run from July 22nd to 29th, Beijing time (CEST).
