According to the latest report from The Sun, ITV received 443 complaints due to the host's selective editing during interviews with Tuchel and Bellingham.

Gabriel Clarke
Reportedly, following England's match against Norway, ITV (Independent Television) faced criticism for host Gabriel Clarke's interviews with Tuchel and Bellingham, accumulating 443 complaints. Ofcom revealed that most complainants were dissatisfied with the way Clarke posed questions during her conversations with Tuchel and Bellingham.
Tuchel, in an interview with the reporter, stated: "I am very dissatisfied with the team's performance. We created a lot of trouble for ourselves. The result was great, we made it to the semi-finals, which is incredible, but we are not satisfied with our performance."
"We were committed, but our playing style put us in a very difficult position. We played loosely and carelessly, made a lot of technical errors, lacked speed, and the intensity of repeated runs in offense and defense was completely insufficient. We were lucky to win today."
When Clarke pressed whether this was a problem with the team's mentality, Tuchel responded: "This is not a mentality issue at all – quite the opposite. This is purely a gap in hard strength. How can we talk about mentality now? What was exposed today is purely a shortcoming in hard strength, which is clearly visible. The problem lies in the competitive quality of our game itself, and that's it; it has nothing to do with mentality."
Clarke then interviewed Bellingham and told the player that Tuchel was quite dissatisfied with the team's performance. Bellingham responded: "Oh, whatever, it is what it is. Playing on the field is inherently difficult, and today's whole game was particularly tough."
After learning of Bellingham's comments, Tuchel fiercely criticized the ITV reporter. In an interview with talkSPORT radio, he said: "This is a player who just played 120 minutes and gave his all. If you edit out all the coach's praises, don't tell him 'you played world-class', don't mention 'you had many world-class performances', what good things do you expect him to say?"
"If you only cut out critical clips and throw them at him: 'Your coach said you handled the ball very carelessly,' what kind of response can you expect from him? That's right, the answer you heard will naturally appear, and then the media will take the opportunity to exaggerate, intentionally creating misunderstandings and cracks within a team that originally had no conflicts. We are essentially the same kind of people; we are all competitive at heart."
"I am a coach with a very strong desire to win, and I will push the team to its limits. That comment was just my objective conclusion about the game. I think the reporter's question at the moment is very unfair to Bellingham. The report cut out all the compliments in my evaluation and only focused on the criticisms, so I completely understand his reaction."
"A player who has just pushed himself to exhaustion, standing in front of the camera for a quick interview immediately after the game, can you expect him to answer calmly? It's that simple, but my relationship with him is as close as ever, even better than ever. Everyone on the field can see that. The team's atmosphere and morale have been excellent in recent days, and we are ready to face Argentina."
Afterward, Kane publicly spoke out, directly accusing reporter Clarke of deliberately stirring up trouble within the team, and his remarks caused a heated debate: "After such a tough game, to pull a player for an interview two minutes after the final whistle, Bellingham had no idea what the coach had said. How did you expect him to answer? We just played a hard battle, and the intensity of confrontation on the field was at its peak. The media always loves to deliberately amplify conflicts and create a false impression of discord within the team."
"During every international tournament, this kind of operation seems to have become the norm for the English local media. But the truth is quite the opposite; this team has come this far because everyone worked together wholeheartedly. Not just the players, but the coaches and all the support staff are closely united. Many small things are over-interpreted and exaggerated by the media."
