On July 15, Juventus officially announced that the club has signed Empoli's 20-year-old forward Konate, who will join the Next Gen.

Juventus Next Gen welcomes a new signing. The club has successfully signed Ismael-Konate, and the agreement between both parties has been officially announced. The young player will play for the Bianconeri until June 30, 2029.

The Italian forward, born in 2006, has officially landed in Turin. Last season, he played in both Serie B and Serie C. In the first half of the season, he played for Empoli, making 5 appearances in Serie B; in January 2026, he was loaned to Lecco. At the Lombardy club, he gained stable playing opportunities, making a total of 19 appearances and scoring 4 goals. With his outstanding individual ability, he has been selected for various levels of Italy's youth national teams multiple times.
