According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, journalist Gozzini revealed that Jashari has told his suitors that he wants to establish himself at Milan.

Gozzini said about the future of Milan's Swiss midfielder Jashari: "The arrival of the new coach has opened up new possibilities: Amorim wants to press opponents on the field, which requires more quality players, and Jashari indeed possesses very good technical ability. Amorim himself has also expressed his desire to make good use of existing resources, especially young and talented players, and Jashari falls into this category. In addition, he has a strong desire to prove himself, which neither the coach nor the club can ignore – just last summer, Jashari did everything he could to make Brugge accept Milan's offer, rather than other offers that might have been more profitable for the Belgian club.
"This year, the situation is repeating itself: Jashari has shown his suitors that he wants to establish himself at Milan. This choice is also endorsed by the club, which believes in him and does not intend to let him go. The midfield, which is being reorganized, sees him as one of the few certainties: if Fofana and Loftus-Cheek are destined to leave, and Modrić's role will be less important, then Jashari and Rabiot are among the few cornerstones. This is an unusual trust. Now it's time for him to do his best to prove himself; the conditions are already in place."
