Juventus have confirmed the signing of full-back Zeki Celik, having hijacked his contract renewal at Roma.

Celik had been with Roma since the summer of 2022, joining from French side Lille for a reported €7 million fee.

The 29-year-old looked set to extend his stay at Roma as his contract was running down, even having a ‘verbal agreement’ with the club.

Juventus have since decided to hijack Celik’s renewal and have now confirmed his signing on a three-year deal.
