Inter Milan are reportedly looking to swoop in and sign Tottenham defensive dup Djed Spence and Cristian Romero.

The two Tottenham defenders just faced off in the World Cup semi-final, with Romero, 28. getting one over teammate Spence, 25.

Both players have been linked with moves away this summer, and Inter Milan are hoping they will be their ultimate destination, according to [a href="https://www.corrieredellosport.it/news/calcio/calcio-mercato/inter/2026/07/16-149925338/l_inter_fa_spesa_dal_tottenham_di_de_zerbi_si_lavora_per_spence_e_romero_le_cifre"]Corriere dello Sport[/a].

It’s understood that Tottenham value Spence at €40 million and Romero closer to €50 million, fees that Inter are willing to pay.

Christian Chivu’s side recently pulled out of the race to sign Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah, and although Romero would cost more, they deem him a better option.

On the other hand, Spence is looking to leave Tottenham as he feels he is unlikely to be a key player under Roberto De Zerbi.
