According to the latest report from Tom Canton, London Football's Arsenal correspondent, Tsolis is expected to make his Arsenal debut in a friendly match against Girona on August 1.

Arsenal are reportedly close to signing Tsolis from Brugge, with an agreement already reached between the two parties. Following this deal, Arsenal are expected to continue making signings this summer, as Arteta is keen to strengthen several positions in the squad.

Tsolis is viewed as a direct replacement for Leandro Trossard, who joined Besiktas for approximately £17 million (including add-ons). After winning the league title with Brugge, Tsolis has been on holiday.

Tsolis is expected to make his Arsenal debut in less than three weeks. Arsenal players have returned from their summer break and are currently in Marbella, where Arteta is overseeing his annual relaxed pre-season preparation plan.

First-team pre-season training for Arsenal will begin on July 20. They may play a behind-closed-doors friendly, but their first official match remains the friendly against Girona on August 1.

This could be Tsolis's Arsenal debut. With Gabriel Martinelli having an extended off-season after participating in the World Cup with Brazil, Tsolis is likely to secure the left-wing position during this period.
