On July 20, according to a report by Italian media Sportitalia reporter Orazio Accomando, Roma is preparing a new offer for West Ham United winger Summerville.

Sky Sports previously reported that Roma's £39 million (approximately €46 million) offer for Summerville had been rejected by West Ham United.

Now, according to Italian reporter Accomando, Roma is preparing a new offer of £42 million (approximately €49.5 million) plus bonuses, continuing to pursue Summerville from West Ham United.
