According to reports from Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, Galatasaray is attempting to sign Gleison. The Istanbul club has identified the Juventus defender as a priority signing this summer and is preparing to offer a deal that would be hard to refuse: an annual salary of €8 million after tax, which is approximately €2 million more than his current earnings in Turin.

There has been no direct contact between the two clubs yet, but representatives from Galatasaray have presented this offer to the Brazilian defender's team. This move has reopened a situation that once seemed settled. After several weeks of consideration, Gleison had reportedly decided to remain with the Bianconeri, rejecting the possibility of moving to Turkey.
Juventus demands at least €50 million.
However, Galatasaray's increased offer has changed the situation. Faced with such a high salary, the center-back has not ruled out leaving Juventus. The Juventus management does not consider Gleison unsellable, but they would consider a sale if the offer is high enough.
The defender's contract includes a €58 million release clause, valid until August 10. Therefore, for negotiations to truly begin, Galatasaray's offer would hardly be less than €50 million. Reports from Turkey indicate that this possibility is not out of the question, as the club wants to satisfy fans with a blockbuster signing.
