Although Oyarzabal is not due to return until August 10, the Real Sociedad captain visited the training ground today to see his teammates, who are in the third week of their pre-season training.

His teammates took the opportunity to cheer and toss Oyarzabal in the air, in recognition of his recent FIFA World Cup win with the Spanish national team, where he was one of the standout players.

After the celebrations in Madrid on Monday, Oyarzabal returned to Eibar yesterday, where he was greeted by his friends, some of whom had also returned from watching the final live. He shared a replica of the FIFA World Cup trophy with his friends, much to everyone's amazement.

The Real Sociedad captain was originally entitled to nearly three weeks of well-deserved vacation, not returning to the training ground until August 10, but he could not resist and came to visit his teammates today. His teammates cheered him and tossed him in the air again, in recognition of his outstanding performance and championship title at the FIFA World Cup.
