On July 23rd, Beijing time (CEST), according to reports from Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, Internazionale will meet with the agent of Tottenham Hotspur center-back Cristian Romero.

Il Messaggero's report claims that Romero will leave Tottenham this summer, and Inter is ready to accelerate the transfer, as they will meet with the agent of the Argentine international to finalize the deal.

The report further states that Barcelona's interest in Romero is a major obstacle for Inter, but the meeting with Romero's agent will help the Nerazzurri clarify the terms of the deal.
