Spain coach Luis de la Fuente recently visited the MARCA newsroom and revealed FIFA President Gianni Infantino's assessment of the Spanish team.

De la Fuente said that during the Olympic Games, Infantino had praised the Spanish players as role models, and now reiterated: "You are role models in every aspect. Team spirit, camaraderie, generosity, sacrifice, the greatness of football." He admitted that this made him proud, the greatest pride beyond the scope of football.
