According to Goal.com, Al-Hilal is continuing to look for reinforcements for the goalkeeper position for the new season.

This also makes the future of Moroccan national goalkeeper Bounou more uncertain, as his departure has been previously speculated.
Polish website Meczyki revealed that Al-Hilal has contacted Polish national goalkeeper Marcin Bulka and plans to sign him this summer.
The report points out that Bulka joined Neom last summer on a contract until the summer of 2029, with an annual salary of nearly 10 million euros. However, he suffered a serious knee injury shortly after joining and spent most of the season recovering, until he returned and played the last 6 games.
The report also stated that Al-Hilal's negotiations with Bulka took place against the backdrop of Bounou's impending departure, despite the club already signing Saudi national goalkeeper Mohammed Al-Owais this summer, who participated in the 2026 World Cup with the Saudi team.
Foot Mercato stated: "According to our information, Marcin Bulka is very close to Al-Hilal. In the past few hours, negotiations have clearly accelerated, and now the Polish national goalkeeper seems very close to joining the Saudi club."
The report continued: "All parties are moving in the right direction, and if the final details are finalized in the coming days, the possibility of reaching an agreement will be greater."
Foot Mercato added: "Bulka, 26, came through the Chelsea youth academy. After a successful performance in Nice, he may face new challenges and has grown into one of the best goalkeepers in Ligue 1."
The Saudi top league will open on August 13, and the summer transfer window will last until September 6.
