Alex Scott remains on Chelsea's transfer target list, and the Blues may once again sound out AFC Bournemouth before the start of the new Premier League season. Sky Germany reports that although Scott has been a Tottenham fan since childhood, he is willing to join Chelsea.

Chelsea are reportedly considering making a second bid for AFC Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott.

This summer, players such as Tonali, Matheus Fernandes, and Tielemans have already moved between English clubs, with total transfer fees approaching £400 million.

Scott's valuation is therefore expected to be high, but AFC Bournemouth insists he will not leave. Chelsea had previously inquired and made a £64 million offer, which was quickly rejected, but that did not deter the Blues.

According to Sky Germany, Chelsea are considering making another bid. Scott has rejected a new contract, giving Chelsea an opportunity to bid again.

Man United have also been linked with him, but it appears they are looking for cheaper options; he is also an alternative for Arsenal beyond signing Bruno Guimarães.

Scott has featured in almost every Premier League game for AFC Bournemouth this season, missing just one. A lifelong Tottenham fan, his most memorable moment was probably scoring the winning goal against Arsenal.

Despite his support for the North London club, he is reportedly willing to join Chelsea.
