CA Osasuna has reached an agreement with Sporting Gijón for the transfer of Lleida player Jonathan Dubasin. Osasuna will pay a fixed transfer fee of 4 million euros. This transfer includes add-ons, the full amount of which is tied to Osasuna's ability to remain in the top division. In addition, should the player be transferred again in the future, Sporting Gijón will retain a percentage of the transfer's capital gain. The player has signed a four-year contract with the Rojillos, running until June 30, 2030, and his release clause in La Liga is set at 40 million euros.

Jonathan Dubasin is an attacking player who relies on speed and running ability, possessing a very strong ability to penetrate and attack space. Throughout his career, he has shown comprehensive versatility, capable of playing all positions in the attacking line: he can play as a right winger, a center forward, a second striker, and can even move to the left wing. Last season with Sporting Gijón, he scored 17 goals, one of which came in the Copa del Rey, with all others scored in the league, and also provided 4 assists. This was his second season with the Asturian club, playing a total of 37 league matches and 1 Copa del Rey match. In his first season with the team, he appeared in 37 league matches and 2 Copa del Rey matches, contributing a total of 8 goals and 9 assists.
