According to Sky Germany reporter Plettenberg's earlier social media post today, Real Madrid's second bid for Jean-Diomande has not yet been rejected.

Plettenberg stated that Real Madrid's second bid is worth a total of €110 million to €115 million.
A deal of around €120 million is considered realistic, but further negotiations on the deal structure are still needed. RB Leipzig hopes for a higher fixed transfer fee and fewer performance-related bonuses.
There has been no breakthrough in the deal yet, but RB Leipzig expects the deal to be completed soon. In addition, according to Philipp Hinze, Leganés will receive 5% to 8% through a sell-on clause.
