Liverpool are set to table an opening offer for top target Bradley Barcola.

The Reds are preparing their first offer for the Paris Saint-Germain winger, who is valued at £145million.

They do not want to pay the French club’s asking price and hope a deal can be done for a smaller figure.

Barcola is understood to be keen to join Liverpool after the club held talks with his representatives in the last week.
