After scoring the only goal in a 1-0 pre-season friendly victory over Wrexham, Liverpool winger Ngumoha spoke to the club's official website.

On his goal and whether he claimed it:

I don’t know; it was a bit messy. But if you don’t shoot, you don’t score! So, of course, I’ll take it.

On his feelings about pre-season:

It feels good. All my teammates treat me like a professional. Obviously, I’m still young and still learning, but all the players have been great. It’s been a good experience.

On the playing time he has received:

On how the goal came about:
