Getafe's new signing, Andrés García, attended a press conference and spoke about his feelings on joining the club.

Andrés García stated that his previous experience in the Premier League had greatly benefited him, teaching him in one year what would normally take five.

Andrés García said: "I made a qualitative leap in the Premier League, and now I can pass on that experience to my teammates here. In the Premier League, I experienced extremely physical football and saw many top players. Training with world-class players makes you grow without even realizing it. I learned things there in one year that would have taken five years to learn. I went to England alone, and for me, it was also a life experience."

"As soon as I heard that Getafe wanted to sign me, I made the decision immediately because I felt that Getafe perfectly met my expectations. After both parties reached an agreement, I quickly joined the team, and I am very happy."

"The atmosphere at Getafe surprised me. It is a humble club with a family atmosphere, and my teammates quickly accepted me. I have been very well taken care of here, and I cannot think of anything negative about Getafe. Head coach Bordalás is very kind and treats me like family. He clearly explained his expectations of me. It is an honor and a privilege for me to play for Getafe and for Bordalás, and that motivates me greatly. I hope to fully unleash my potential, both in terms of my football skills and my personal qualities. I hope we can work together to have a brilliant and important year ahead, and I hope we can achieve new successes."
