According to a latest report from German Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, Newcastle United are in direct negotiations with Al-Ahli Jeddah regarding the appointment of Marco Jaissle as their head coach.

Newcastle United are currently in direct talks with Al-Ahli Jeddah to reach an agreement on Jaissle's departure, and the club is already aware of his salary demands. Newcastle believe that once Al-Ahli Jeddah agrees to release him, there will be no contractual obstacles to completing the deal. Meanwhile, Jaissle is reportedly keen on the prospect of managing Newcastle United.
