On August 13th, according to AS, Ceballos's agent is in talks with two other clubs.

Currently, Ceballos's transfer process remains stalled. Until Real Betis successfully sell players and free up the necessary salary space, it will be difficult for the deal to make further progress. For Betis, the current transfer priority remains bringing in a forward, and only then will they make a full push to sign Ceballos. At the same time, Ceballos's newly appointed agency team is actively working in the market to ensure he is not left without a club after the transfer window closes.

According to Sevilla PTV, the agent is currently pursuing two negotiations simultaneously in addition to Betis. For this reason, Betis has asked Ceballos's team to inform them in advance before reaching a signing agreement with other clubs, in order to give the team time to react.

Despite the tight deadline, Betis holds an undeniable advantage: Ceballos himself is very eager to return. However, the club's clear-out plan has been completely disrupted: De La Hoz, who was originally scheduled to be sold before the end of the fiscal year on June 30, has not yet left, while Lo Celso has explicitly refused to listen to any offers. Due to increasing opposition to Lo Celso, combined with his limited playing time at the World Cup and his late return to the team, he has not yet taken part in team training.
