Men's Health published an interview in which Ferran Torres discussed his body training and fitness habits.

The forward believes that training different parts of the body is crucial for improving performance: "I don't train every day, but almost. It's important to train comprehensively because it's vital for my performance on the field."

He also values the schedule of professional players, so he tries to adjust his training, avoiding spending too much time in the gym: "During the season, we have many matches, so I try to do short but high-intensity training, because I don't like to train for too long."

Recovery is also a key part of his daily routine, and Ferran admits it's one of the aspects he values most: "I pay great attention to recovery, because I think it's the most important thing for us. With so many matches, recovery is really crucial." The Valencian said he tries to sleep eight to nine hours and also uses saunas and hyperbaric chambers.

When demonstrating his workout, Ferran first does pull-ups, one of his favorite exercises. He said he usually does 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps each. Then he demonstrated push-ups, 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps each. He also admitted that cardio is his weakest area: "To be honest, I'm not very good at cardio, but good cardio capacity is important in football. I'll try my best to improve it."

Leg training is also an important part of his preparation, as he believes it's crucial for running, shooting, and maintaining fitness during matches. Therefore, he tries to do one to two specific leg training sessions per week, while also not forgetting core strength: "I also train my core a lot, because I think it's really important. The core is the center, and strength also starts from there."

Ferran also stated that he now pays more attention to his diet than before, and the arrival of a nutritionist has improved his performance and physical condition. According to him, the nutritionist prepares meal plans and sends them directly to his chef, who is responsible for cooking.

One of the dietary changes is reducing sugar, but the forward still has a special preference: white chocolate. Ferran openly admitted: "It's my favorite thing. I try not to eat too much, but I really love it. White chocolate is the best in the world."
