According to transfer journalist Romano’s social media, Rangers have reached an agreement with Aston Villa to sign Kosta Nedeljkovic.

Romano stated that the deal is a loan with a £4 million buy-out clause, which will become mandatory based on appearances. Aston Villa continues to pursue the Wan-Bissaka deal.
