According to Romano's latest report, Man City winger Savinho will become a Tottenham player shortly. The transaction fee is around £75m.

Selling Savinho at that price is great business but my current issue is with Man City, they keep releasing players without any potential replacements, I mean, what's going on at that club right now, apart from Anderson which I'm not really hyped about, they've done little to improve their squad, with the way other teams are strengthening, I don't see them being much of a threat this season
