According to Saudi media outlet Al-Riyadiah, the Saudi League's Financial Control Committee has rejected an application submitted by Al-Nassr Club management regarding the renewal of contracts for some youth team players.

On Friday, Al-Riyadiah reported on social media that the Financial Control Committee had informed Al-Nassr that the club was currently unable to sign new contracts or renew existing ones.
The committee emphasized that the current financial control measures apply to all teams within the club, including both the first team and the youth teams.
According to sources cited by the media outlet, the committee specifically warned that Al-Nassr would face additional penalties if the club signed any contracts while the financial control measures were in effect.
It is worth noting that Al-Riyadiah previously reported on August 13, citing sources, that Al-Nassr’s management had not yet received approval from the Financial Control Committee to complete the contract renewals for Najjar and Abdulrahman Ghareeb.
According to Al-Riyadiah, citing sources from July 25, Al-Nassr is currently under financial control, primarily because the club’s debt exceeds 800 million Saudi Riyals.
