Time was up, exactly five minutes passed as additional time but the referee awarded penalty to Liverpool right in the seventh minute even after brandishing a yellow card to punish Newcastle goalkeeper for wasting a minute.The penalty was actually kicked in the 8th. minute, a silly decision to favour Liverpool.Many referees are not fair at all, they support teams and so decide wrongly fully convinced that their foolish explanations would be upheld and the results will not be thwated. Revisit, English FA, your football rules. A particular rule is applied between Tom and Dick, but forgotten between Harry and Kane, ridiculous !
