August 31, Manchester City officially announced the signing of 22-year-old Palmeiras winger Allan, with both parties signing a 5-year contract. According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, Allan's fixed transfer fee is 40 million euros, with additional performance-related add-ons.

Manchester City has completed the signing of Allan Elias, pending international transfer clearance.

The promising winger joins from Brazilian club Palmeiras on a five-year contract until summer 2031.

He joins manager Enzo Maresca's first-team squad, following recent arrivals Elliot Anderson, Jeremy Monga, Gerónimo Rulli, and Ayoub Bouhadi.

The 22-year-old primarily plays as a right winger but can also operate as a midfielder, attacking midfielder, or full-back.

Allan is the latest prospect to move to Europe from Palmeiras. Previously, defender Vitor Reis joined Manchester City in January 2025, while Gabriel Jesus moved to Arsenal in 2017.

With the creativity and technical ability characteristic of Brazilian attackers, Allan is excited to join Maresca's squad.
