According to David Ornstein, Chelsea set a £135m for Enzo on Monday as City once indicated giving up.

Manchester City offered £104m + add-ons for Enzo Fernandez but Chelsea requested fee be guaranteed only & on Monday specified £135m. #MCFC conveyed intention to walk away from deal before deadline day compromise reached with #CFC at £125m.
