Monaco has not included striker Folarin Balogun in their Europa Conference League squad, and he could still leave the club after his transfer to Everton fell through, according to L'Equipe.

This is another consequence of Monaco's turbulent transfer window. Lamine Camara's move to Chelsea and Balogun's transfer to Everton both collapsed on Tuesday night before the English transfer window closed, resulting in Balogun's omission from Monaco's Europa Conference League squad.

Monaco general manager Thiago Scuro stated at a press conference on Wednesday that players could still leave through the open transfer markets, including those in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Russia. Balogun remains among the potential departures, as Monaco seeks to reduce its wage bill significantly this summer.
