According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are interested in signing 15-year-old midfielder Justin Ejodamen from Dortmund.

Following Barcelona's recent transfer strategy, the club continues to closely monitor standout young talent from around the world. Barcelona's sporting leadership aims to sign promising players early, having previously signed Hamza Abdulkareem and extended his contract until 2030, as well as Bissouma. Currently, Barcelona have been linked with another rising star from Dortmund.

The player in question is Justin Ejodamen, a 15-year-old midfielder considered one of Dortmund's most promising talents. Barcelona scouts have reportedly taken notice of the youngster's performances and are interested in signing him. Additionally, Juventus and AC Milan have also expressed interest in Ejodamen.

Justin Ejodamen has been called up to Italy's U16 squad and holds Nigerian heritage. He possesses exceptional physical attributes for his age and a powerful long-range shot, which contributes to his goal-scoring ability. Reports indicate Barcelona scouts will monitor the midfielder again as he participates in two matches with Spain's U16 team at Coverciano, Italy, scheduled for September 15 and 17.

It remains uncertain whether Barcelona will ultimately decide to sign Justin Ejodamen. However, the youngster cannot leave Dortmund until he turns 16 on April 19 next year. This means he could join Barcelona from next season onwards.

It is worth noting that two players from Germany joined Barcelona this summer to strengthen the youth academy. Midfielder Chatovic (19) joined Barça Atlètic on loan from Stuttgart, while centre-back Mikael Baza (16) will develop in the youth ranks after being signed from Hamburg.
