Perugia Calcio and Arenacuri srl announced today that they have signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of all club shares.

Today, this news has been officially confirmed. On July 3, the preliminary contract for the transfer of Perugia Football Club to Arenacuri Srl was signed. Details of the transaction will be announced in a specially convened press conference in the coming hours.

The club issued an announcement stating: "Perugia Football Club and Arenacuri Srl announce that today, Monday, July 3, the two parties have signed a preliminary contract for the sale of all club shares. This transaction is based on the best interests of Perugia, and details of the transaction will be announced at a press conference to be held in the coming hours."

This announcement was signed by Hernan Garcia Boras, General Manager of the club, and Francesco Maria Rana, President of Arenacuri Srl.
