In today's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier group stage match between Morocco and Lesotho, Mazraoui was substituted in the 69th minute due to injury.

Mazraoui started the match at left-back. He sustained an injury during what appeared to be an ordinary challenge near the sideline. After falling to the ground momentarily, he struggled to his feet and left the field.

During this international break, Manchester United has already seen several players suffer injuries. Bruno Fernandes missed Portugal's match against Norway due to injury but has since returned to team training. Meanwhile, Rasmus Højlund withdrew from the Denmark squad after suffering an injury during their match.
