After scoring a brace in England's 7-0 away victory over Croatia in the UEFA Nations League group stage, Saka was interviewed by ITV.

There was so much to admire about England's performance tonight. The match was absolutely thrilling, and the entire team displayed relentless attacking pressure and momentum. It was an incredible night for the England fans who traveled to witness this great victory.

Yes, it was an extremely memorable night for all of us. We showed great competitive form from the first minute, dominated the pitch completely, and played at the highest level. We displayed energy, fighting spirit, and teamwork, and we decisively punished our opponents in front of goal. We thoroughly enjoyed tonight's performance.

All four attackers scored tonight, and the chemistry, fluid movement, and constant interchanging of positions in attack looked truly special and dangerous.

Yes, that kind of chemistry is special, and playing this type of football is enjoyable. We injected energy into the game and were very efficient in front of goal. It was this clinical finishing that made the crucial difference and widened the scoreline.

You personally scored a brace tonight and displayed a very high level alongside these top teammates.

Yes, scoring two goals for England always feels great, so I'm very happy with tonight's performance and goals.

If you were to summarize the overall performance tonight in terms of the qualities and attitude England needed to show, how would you describe it?

Tonight we fully demonstrated our hunger for victory, our passion, and the quality our team possesses. Our overall performance perfectly combined all the elements we've been pursuing as England, so it's very satisfying. And finishing with the strongest possible momentum in the closing stages is always what you want.

Let's talk about Bellingham. He just won England's Player of the Year award. Was his performance tonight the best he's played all year?

Honestly, his performance tonight was simply amazing and truly world-class. He fully deserves the Player of the Year award, and his display tonight deserved the Player of the Match award as well. His play was truly special, and I'm very fortunate to play alongside him and have such an excellent teammate at England.

And on the other flank, Gordon also seemed to display a level tonight he hadn't reached before for England.

He's another player in extremely hot form and absolutely on fire in an England shirt. Having such in-form teammates delivering this high-level performance tonight feels truly great.

This big win is a very solid step towards securing a spot in the finals.

Yes, absolutely. Although we still have three matches to play, tonight's victory and excellent performance will give us an enormous boost in confidence and team momentum.
