Kramer stated on the podcast Copa TS that Klopp's greatest strength is his ability to identify and develop players, elevating them to new heights.

Kramer praised Klopp highly. The former German international discussed Klopp's most prominent abilities and the impact he can have on players.
After Jürgen Klopp became head coach of the German national team, pressure extends beyond the pitch. The 59-year-old also faces repeated questioning from the media. Kramer was impressed by Klopp's composure in handling media pressure and spoke about his most important qualities as a coach.
Kramer said: "Klopp has appeared on ARD, twice on RTL, and once on ZDF with us. It's truly admirable how calmly and energetically he handles it all. He must be tired of answering the same eight questions before and after every match."
Yet Klopp still must provide the "right" answers repeatedly. Kramer believes this is a crucial skill in modern football: "Especially for coaches, the ability to manage media relations well is one of the essential skills for a professional football practitioner."
Kramer believes Klopp's strength extends beyond media relations. For a coach who wants to influence players and inspire an entire nation, communication is decisive. Kramer stated: "We can see with Jürgen Klopp that communication is always key—not just in football, but in relationships and everywhere else. You can see what this brings to an entire country."
This communication skill could benefit the German national team. Beyond his strong media presence, Kramer believes Klopp possesses the ability to consistently elevate players to new levels and increase their market value.
Kramer said: "Klopp never signs established players. He always looks for hungry players whom he can develop and who will be grateful to him, and then he turns them into world-class stars."
Kramer added: "His greatest talent is probably being able to spot who fits him, who will play his football, who he can use, and then pushing them to an incredibly high level."
Kramer believes Klopp can further improve the German national team and unlock its full potential. He said: "The most interesting question is how much of Jürgen Klopp's training philosophy his football actually requires."
