According to Italian media outlet Sport Mediaset, McTominay has passed his fitness evaluation and is cleared to rejoin team training.

McTominay has completed the required medical examinations and obtained his athletic fitness certificate. The Napoli midfielder can therefore gradually return to Massimiliano Allegri's available squad, potentially featuring in the matchday squad for the game against Frosinone as early as the next fixture.

McTominay previously traveled to Manchester for an ablation procedure after being diagnosed with benign arrhythmia. Having been cleared, he can now train with his teammates, but the medical and coaching staff will continue to monitor his condition daily. This is welcome news for injury-plagued Napoli.
