The Oluyole Warriors find themselves in the relegation zone ahead of matchday 27, and the shot-stopper said they need to get a win against the Bauchi Elephants

Shooting Stars' Abubakar Adamu says victory over Wikki Tourists is a must as they look to retain their Nigerian topflight status.

The Oluyole Warriors currently have 29 points from 26 games in the topflight and are 18th in the standings.

"We are going into the next match with 29 points and we need a good result so as to stay alive in our quest to beat the drop, to give us hope," Adamu told Goal. 

"If we are defeated, then staying afloat would be very complicated, so we will compete, try to get the win and to play a great game.

"We should give value to [the fans] effort and the money they are spending in coming to see us play. We will see if we can offer them a good game and dedicate a victory."
