Through a statement on their official website, newly promoted Swedish Allsvenskan outfit Falkenbergs FF have announced that they have extended their collaboration with Nigerian midfielder Dominic Chatto.

The 33-year-old's new agreement with Falkenbergs FF will keep him at the club until the summer of 2019 after inking a six-month contract.

A knee injury curtailed his appearances last season to just two games as a substitute against Norrby and Värnamo.

''He is injured, but has not given up hope of coming back.

He was a major reason for turning the trend after the first five games last year,'' said sports director Hakan Nilsson.

''We know what a fresh Dominic Chatto can contribute.

'' A product of Pepsi Football Academy, Chatto lists Inter Turku, BK Häcken, Bodø/Glimt and Ordabasy among his former employers.
