According to Bild, Bayern's €180 season ticket for 17 home games next season is still the second cheapest annual ticket in the Bundesliga.

Data compiled by Transfermarkt shows that Bundesliga ticket prices have generally increased slightly. The statistics compare the lowest-priced regular season tickets for adult full-price fans at each club.

Bayern Munich has always aimed to keep ticket prices within an acceptable range, making football accessible to all social classes. Honorary president Uli Hoeneß once said: "We don't view fans as cows to be milked. Football must be open to everyone."

It should be noted that this refers to the lowest-priced tickets, which are standing tickets. Bayern Munich fans who prefer more comfortable seating must pay higher prices. Compared to last season, season ticket prices for all seating categories at Bayern Munich have increased (last season's prices are in parentheses). Category 1 seating season tickets are now €910, previously €890; Category 2 are €770, previously €750; Category 3 are €625, previously €610; the cheapest seating season tickets are €420, previously €410. Tickets for children (born after July 1, 2012) in the stands are approximately half price.

In contrast, the lowest ticket price for Bayern Munich's arch-rival Borussia Dortmund is significantly higher, with BVB fans paying €265. Paderborn is the only other Bundesliga team that reaches this price level.
