In Matchday 5 of the Premier League, Manchester United faced Fulham away. Sesko was not included in the squad list, and manager Eric Carrick stated before the match that Sesko was absent due to injury.

Carrick told MUTV at Craven Cottage: "He felt a bit of pain after the Brighton game a few days ago. We're assessing his situation. Hopefully, it's nothing serious, but we still need to wait and see."

Meanwhile, Luke Shaw has recovered and started the match, while new signing Carlos Baleba was on the bench, hoping to make his Manchester United debut.

Carrick added: "It's good to have Luke back in the squad. The same goes for Carlos making the squad for the first time. He hasn't consistently trained with the full team since joining, which isn't easy. So, it's important for him to be involved today."
