The Sun: Thierry Henry Lists New York Penthouse for $19 Million

According to The Sun, Thierry Henry is listing his New York penthouse for $19 million, which includes a private rooftop terrace.

The Arsenal legend has put the property on the market in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood.

The 49-year-old Henry purchased the penthouse in summer 2010 before he moved from Barcelona to play for the New York Red Bulls.

He spent a day searching for a home with his partner Andrea Rajacic before completing the purchase of the SoHo apartment.

It has been reported that Henry asked Andrea to keep quiet about how much they loved the location.

They originally bought the penthouse and the unit below for $11.1 million and are now expecting to make a substantial profit.

The penthouse offers beautiful views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Williamsburg Bridge. After the deal closed, Henry combined the lower unit with the penthouse, expanding the property.

The combined space is estimated at approximately 6,000 square feet. The private rooftop features a barbecue area, as well as dining and relaxation spaces.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the interior has undergone several renovations.

Photos showcase a stylishly decorated living room with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow abundant natural light. The kitchen features white marble elements and cabinetry that brightens the space.

There is also a lounge area in one corner of the penthouse, furnished with a curved sofa that can accommodate six or seven guests.

The master bedroom is surrounded by lush greenery to reduce noise from the city. The bathroom features polished green marble flooring, a floating double marble vanity, and a glass shower, with plants outside adding to the décor.

Henry and Andrea previously listed the penthouse in 2025 but later had a change of heart.

Henry said, "We loved it then, and we still love it now. It's very hard to leave New York."
