According to Argentinian media outlet TyC Sports, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Icardi, who remains a free agent.

Despite interest from several clubs, Mauro Icardi remains an attractive free agent. The 31-year-old forward has been without a team since leaving Galatasaray at the end of last season. Icardi has scored over 300 goals and won 13 trophies throughout his club career, most recently winning the Süper Lig title with Galatasaray.

Everton's interest in Icardi was first reported last month, but those negotiations did not materialize. Everton is now desperately in need of a striker and, according to TyC Sports, has re-initiated contact with the Argentine player. Tottenham Hotspur has also made a move, though neither club has yet submitted a formal offer for the former Inter Milan striker.
