According to Spanish outlet Sport, Mallorca goalkeeper Arnau Tenas recently spoke to SER Catalunya's 'Què t'hi jugues!' program about his time at Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, as well as a past clash with Dani Carvajal. He admitted that he would certainly be willing to return to Barcelona in the future if given the opportunity, calling it "like going home."

Tenas is currently playing for Mallorca in LaLiga 2. After previously playing for Paris Saint-Germain and Villarreal, he has established himself as Mallorca's starting goalkeeper, recording six clean sheets in the first eight LaLiga 2 matches this season.
In Mallorca's 0-0 draw away to Girona last weekend, Tenas made three crucial saves, helping his team secure a point.
Speaking about his decision to join Mallorca, Tenas believes it is "far from a step backward in his career." He said, "My goal is to help Mallorca return to where it belongs, which is LaLiga."
Tenas joined La Masia in 2010 and remained at Barcelona until 2023. When discussing his former club, he admitted that he remains a loyal Barcelona supporter.
When asked how he would choose if given the chance to return to Barcelona in the future, Tenas said, "If I told you I didn't want to go back to Barcelona, I'd be lying. It's like going home."
Before leaving Barcelona, Tenas was teammates with current players Gavi, Cubarsí, Xavi Espart, and Eric García.
Speaking about Raphinha's excellent performance this season, Tenas said, "I'm really happy for him. Some people don't see what happened behind the scenes; he went through a really tough time."
Regarding Raphinha's current form, Tenas said, "How has he managed this season? What's going on with him? I completely don't understand it—it's incredible. He presses, he can do everything."
Tenas also reflected on his experience at Paris Saint-Germain, where he worked with Kylian Mbappé and coach Luis Enrique.
Speaking about Mbappé, who now plays for Real Madrid, Tenas highlighted his kindness, approachability, and discipline. Regarding Luis Enrique, Tenas said the Spanish coach taught him a lot, helping him learn to "understand football in a different way."
Meanwhile, Tenas believes there are many similarities between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona, especially in terms of pressing and off-the-ball movement.
During the interview, Tenas also discussed a past incident with Dani Carvajal. The two clashed during El Clásico at Camp Nou in March 2023, a match Barcelona ultimately won 2-1 against Real Madrid with a stoppage-time goal from Kessié.
Carvajal has since joined Getafe, managed by Bordalás, and Getafe will face Barcelona this weekend.
Recalling the conflict, Tenas said, "It was a complete misunderstanding. I'm a very emotional person, and looking back now, it still feels like it happened yesterday."
However, he emphasized that there was no lingering personal animosity between them: "These things are normal on the pitch, especially in the tense atmosphere of El Clásico. It was over then, no other issues."
