Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini has stated that a single match between Como and Roma is too early to determine who can challenge Inter Milan.

Pellegrini is eager to return to action after a six-month absence and may make his comeback in Serie A's Week 6 clash on Sunday when Roma visits Como.

Pellegrini said: "Fans should always dream, as should those who love sports. Nobody steps onto the pitch thinking they'll lose; we all dream. But only five matches have been played, and these players have been performing exceptionally well. We all deserve the enthusiasm we've received, and we hope it lasts so that by March we can set more realistic goals. Now we'll start again, and after a long absence, it's not easy to return with such momentum because we have many matches ahead. It's too early to say whether Como versus Roma will determine who can challenge Inter Milan, but this will certainly be a great match."
