According to Manchester Evening News, Wilshere believes Sanchez should not have left Arsenal to join Manchester United.

Alexis joined Manchester United from Arsenal in 2018, but his career at Old Trafford ultimately proved unsuccessful. He subsequently sought a way out after arriving at Manchester United.
The Chilean international played for Arsenal for nearly four years, becoming a key player before joining Manchester United in a swap deal involving Mkhitaryan. However, Sanchez never recaptured the form he had shown in North London once he arrived in Manchester.
Speaking on the "Stick to Football" podcast earlier this week, Wilshere argued that Sanchez should not have left Arsenal. He also questioned whether Sanchez was given the same freedom at Manchester United that he had enjoyed at Arsenal.
Wilshere said: "I don't know, he shouldn't have left. I don't know how José Mourinho coached, but a player like him has to adapt to Mourinho. He had a lot of freedom at Arsenal because he could win matches or get past defenders on his own, and we would let him do that to a certain extent. But I'm not sure he had that freedom at Manchester United."
Sanchez made 45 appearances for Manchester United over two seasons, scoring only five goals, before being loaned to Inter Milan in the 2019/20 season. He moved permanently to Inter the following year.
Sanchez later revealed that he wanted to return to Arsenal after his first training session at Carrington. A month after leaving Manchester United for Inter in September 2020, he said: "I accepted the opportunity to go to Manchester United, it seemed attractive and like a good move for me. I loved this club when I was younger.
"In the end, I signed a contract, but I didn't understand the internal situation at the club. Some things you only realize when you're there. I remember the first training session, and I realized there were many problems.
"After training, I went home and told my family and agent: 'Can you tear up my contract and let me go back to Arsenal?' They all laughed. I told them something wasn't right, it didn't feel correct. But I had already signed the contract, and I was there. After the first few months, I still felt that way, and at that point we weren't a united team."
During Sanchez's decline in form at Manchester United, Mourinho also appeared to lose faith in him. A month after the 2018/19 season began, Mourinho left Sanchez out of the squad for the match against West Ham United.
Sanchez was bewildered by this, saying: "In the West Ham match, I wasn't selected. This had never happened to me as a player before, and it upset me greatly. I felt it couldn't happen.
"I went from being one of the best players in the Premier League to not playing for five months. I went home feeling very sad. The next day I trained twice as hard because I love what I do."
