According to an official statement from Tottenham, the Fan Advisory Board held its first meeting of the 2026/27 season at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 22.

Fan representatives and club leadership discussed fan sentiment toward both the men's and women's teams at the start of the season, the club's strategic direction, supporter services, and plans to strengthen fan engagement.

Regarding the men's team, the meeting addressed summer transfer activity, squad building, and developments at the training center. The club acknowledged fan frustration with the team's recent performance and reaffirmed its commitment to building a squad capable of competing at the highest level.

Tottenham's women's team has made a strong start to the season, and the meeting discussed continued development and investment in the women's program, improved facilities, and opportunities to further enhance fan engagement.

In response to fan representatives' concerns about response times to inquiries, the club outlined ongoing improvements, including increased resources, system enhancements, and process automation.

The meeting also covered the club's heritage initiatives, including the launch of a Hall of Fame, women's team heritage kits, and luncheon events for former players. The board also clarified priorities, such as improved information sharing from fan interactions, enhanced matchday experience and atmosphere, and strengthened club communications and media efforts.
