South Africa defender Sibisi has highlighted the challenge awaiting Bafana Bafana in their crucial Matchday 3 clash against Zimbabwe, stressing the intensity of regional rivalry.

“I think as the coach has mentioned as well, we have played them a couple of times in the qualifiers,” Sibisi said. “So for us, I think going into tomorrow’s game, we know it’s not going to be easy, especially in the rivalry. We are neighbours and I think we have the upper hand in the qualifiers.”

He acknowledged the familiarity between the sides, noting that previous encounters have sharpened the competitive edge. “Matches like these are always tough. Zimbabwe will come motivated, and we have to be at our best to get a good result,” Sibisi added.
