According to The Telegraph, De Zerbi's position as Tottenham head coach may be temporarily guaranteed, but the luxury chair used by the manager at the club will soon be removed after Sidiz, a furniture manufacturer, terminated its sponsorship deal early.

The Telegraph Sport understands that Sidiz, a South Korean-based furniture producer specializing in providing premium seating for Tottenham's training ground and press room, has triggered an early termination clause in its contract and will end its partnership at the end of October.

This follows Kumho Tyre's termination of its long-standing partnership with Tottenham at the end of last season. Additionally, AIA will downgrade its primary shirt sponsorship from this season to a lower-value training kit sponsorship.

According to reports, from the end of October, all Sidiz branded products, including the luxury chair used by manager De Zerbi during press conferences, will be removed.

Tottenham announced its partnership with Sidiz two years ago, with the sponsorship deal reportedly worth millions of pounds and originally set to run until 2028. However, when asked about the matter, Sidiz stated that it had decided to exercise a termination clause in the contract to end the sponsorship early at the end of next month.

Tottenham has yet to comment on the issue, but compared to major sponsors such as AIA, Betano, and Kraken, Sidiz is considered a lower-tier partner. This season, Tottenham has signed eight new sponsorship deals and renewed agreements with major companies including Cadbury and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

De Zerbi's team at Tottenham is currently bottom of the Premier League table, and their poor form on the pitch has also affected their off-pitch reputation. Reports from June indicated that poor performance last season led to a £20 million reduction in Tottenham's sponsorship value.
